Nominations are now open for the 2022 Pride of Cricket Awards, with entries able to be made until September 1.

Every cricket club and every cricket community have an individual who has spent their life making our sport more accessible. And now it's time to recognise their years of commitment and immense achievements.

The Cricketer and LV= Insurance have teamed up to present the LV= Pride of Cricket Award, highlighting the very best of the cricket family.

Do you know of someone who has spent decades coaching in inner cities, inspiring the next generation of cricketers?

Who at your club is on the mowers and rollers each week without fail, making sure pitches are suitable for their clubmates?

Do you know an individual who has put their every waking moment into establishing opportunities for young people, women, the disabled community and under-represented groups within cricket?

Help us tell their story.

The LV= Pride of Cricket Award is open to anyone.

Nominations are open from May 26 and will close at noon on September 1.

To make your nomination, simply fill out the form below. You will be asked to write up to 500 words explaining why your nominee should win, and you can include pictures and videos to support your case.

The 2021 LV= Pride of Cricket Award went to Steve Fletcher of Whitley Hall CC in Yorkshire.
