Twenty-two-year-old Mohammad Saifuddin is a fast-bowling allrounder whose skills and mentality have inspired a lot of confidence in his future at the highest level.

A player to have come through the ranks at age-group levels, Saifuddin enjoyed a profitable spell with the Bangladesh under-19s side where he took 45 wickets at an average of 21.75 as well as the joint third-most wickets at the 2016 Under-19 World Cup.

Although his progress was slightly hampered by questions over a suspect action, Saifuddin made his T20I debut in April 2017 against Sri Lanka and his ODI debut six months later against South Africa.
