She joined Lightning in 2019 after taking 23 wickets, including a best haul of 6 for 40, for Sussex.

With the bat, she is willing to take on any bowler and can easily shift the momentum of a game in just a few balls.

Harman is balancing her cricket career alongside a master’s in materials engineering at Loughborough University.

Like her cricketing hero Shane Warne, she always wears suncream to play – even if it's not sunny. She has  joined Vipers on a pay-to-play retainer contract.
