Milly Home is a top-order batter who made her Warwickshire debut in 2018 before joining Sparks ahead of the 2020 season.

In 2021, she spent time on loan at Worcestershire and made eight appearances for Sparks in List A and T20 cricket. However, she is yet to prove herself with the bat, posting a high score of 18.

A multi-talented sportswoman, Home has represented England in both the U20s European Lacrosse Championships and U19 Lacrosse World Cup in Canada, winning the award for best attacker at the former in 2018.

She used to compete in indoor climbing.

Home has studied for a finance and management undergraduate degree at the University of Birmingham.
