Right-arm seamer Alicia Presland earned her spot in the Lightning squad after impressing in the regional development centre.

Balancing her on-field exploits with her career as a personal trainer, the 21-year old took five wickets in the 2020 Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy, including career best figures of 3 for 26 against Central Sparks. She did not, however, make an appearance in either competition in 2021.

Presland was previously part of the Northamptonshire set-up and considers her grandad, Richard, her cricketing hero.
