The Ageas Bowl will host the inaugural Charlotte Edwards Cup Finals Day on September 5.
The venue will play host to the semi-final and the final of the 20-over competition which is part of a restructured women's domestic calendar.
Three rounds of the group phase, which resumes on August 25, remain to determine the three qualifiers.
The best first-placed team from either Group A or Group B will progress directly to the final.
The other group winner plus the best runner-up will face off in a play-off to determine the opponent.
It means the tournament, named after former England captain Charlotte Edwards, will draw to a close at the home of Southern Vipers and Southern Brave, whom she both coaches. The 41-year-old is also director of women's cricket at Hampshire.
