Marylebone Cricket Club have offered their assistance to the fight against the coronavirus with a series of measures to help the local community.

Parking spaces at Lord's have been opened up for staff working at three nearby hospitals.

Wellington Hospital, University College Hospital and the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth are those to benefit from the venture.

Furthermore, the MCC will provide food to a charity which specialises in providing resources to other organisations that feed the hungry.

Beneficiaries City Harvest London, based in Acton, distribute fresh food in a sustainable way across the capital.
