Livingstone hurt his left index finger while dropping a catch on the boundary during the warm-up defeat by India in Dubai, and was forced to leave the field in visible pain
Liam Livingstone is not a doubt for England's T20 World Cup campaign after an injury scare on Monday, captain Eoin Morgan has said.
Livingstone hurt his left index finger while dropping a catch on the boundary during the warm-up defeat by India in Dubai, and was forced to leave the field in visible pain.
However, the incident has not left the Lancashire allrounder with any significant issues, and he will be available for England's opening game of the World Cup against West Indies on Saturday.
Morgan described Livingstone as "fine and fully fit" on Tuesday.
England have one more warm-up match before their campaign proper begins: against New Zealand on Wednesday at 11am.
