Six players earned upgrades over the course of the previous year - Scott Boland, Travis Head, Usman Khawaja, Mitchell Marsh, Marcus Stoinis and Mitchell Swepson - while Josh Inglis is a recipient for the first time
Travis Head and Usman Khawaja have earned Cricket Australia contracts for the 2022/23 cycle.
A total of 20 players have been named on the list for the coming year, up from 17.
Six earned upgrades over the course of the previous year - Scott Boland, Travis Head, Usman Khawaja, Mitchell Marsh, Marcus Stoinis and Mitchell Swepson - while Josh Inglis is a recipient for the first time.
Jhye Richardson, Kane Richardson, Tim Paine - the former Test captain who is currently taking an indefinite break from the game, and the retired James Pattinson fall off the list.

There is no place among the 20 - the maximum number permitted by Cricket Australia's memorandum of understanding with the Australia Cricketers' Association - for red-ball opener Marcus Harris, with Khawaja retaining his place having come into the side during the Ashes.
Chief selector George Bailey admitted to finding it difficult narrowing down the longlist to the final 20.
"We believe this group provides us great coverage and versatility across all formats while others, as we saw in the past year, will continue to get opportunities to play a big part," he said in a statement.
Players not named on the initial raft of contracts can earn an upgrade by accumulating appearance points over the course of the coming year.
A Test match is worth five points, an ODI two points and a T20 one point, with 12 points required to trigger an upgrade.
