Ria Fackrell transferred to Central Sparks at the end of the 2020 season, returning to the West Midlands where she has been a part of the Warwickshire setup since she was 10 years old.

The move turned out to be wise. After making just two appearances for Lightning in 2020, Fackrell was ever-present for Sparks in the 2021 Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy, taking 11 wickets, and also featured in the Charlotte Edwards Cup.

The following season, she made four List A appearances for Sparks.
