Liz Russell has represented Warwickshire since Under-9s and now leads the bowling attack for the Bears, making over 100 appearances for her county and winning the T20 Cup in 2019.

For Central Sparks, she has taken 18 wickets in 17 appearances in all formats since making her debut in 2020.

Russell, a swing bowler, captains Walmley Cricket Club and has represented England at rounders.

Off the field, she works for the NHS.
