Leg-spinner Anisha Patel has represented Warwickshire since Under-11s and was a key member of the county's 2019 T20 Cup-winning squad.
Patel, who was in the crowd for the Women's World T20 final in March 2020, was Sparks' joint-leading wicket-taker in 2020, amassing eight wickets with an economy of 4.59.
She's found appearances for Sparks harder to come by since then but did impress in the Women's County T20 in 2022, taking a tournament-leading 15 wickets.
She balances her cricket commitments with a career in pharmacovigilance and is also an ECB Level 2-qualified coach.
