Wicketkeeper Alice Clarke plays her club cricket for Accrington CC.

She made her debut for Lancashire in a T20 fixture against Worcestershire at the age of just 16 and made one appearance in the 2020 Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy for Thunder.

Struggling to usurp Ellie Thelkeld behind the stumps, Clarke didn’t make an appearance in either format last season.

Her cricket heroes are Jos Buttler and former New Zealand international Nathan Astle.

Off the pitch, she enjoys watching Manchester United and is currently studying for a degree in human biology at Edge Hill University.
