Australia's David Warner, South Africa white-ball captain Quinton de Kock and West Indies batsman Nicholas Pooran are among the major players available in the draft for the men's Hundred.

Five hundred and six overseas and domestic players are available to fill just 35 remaining berths in the squads of the eight teams.

Of the 253 foreign players to have submitted themselves for the draft on February 22, Warner, De Kock and Pooran are among the top price band of £100,000. They are joined by Shakib Al Hasan, Babar Azam, Lockie Ferguson, Jason Holder, Tamim Iqbal, Kieron Pollard and Kagiso Rabada.

There are just seven places available for non-domestic players, with four slots free in the top price bracket. Players cannot be acquired for less than their pre-draft value.

Other players available include Shahid Afridi (£80,000), Dan Christian, Dale Steyn (both £60,000) and Tim Southee (£48,000). The likes of Darren Bravo, Duanne Olivier and Mohammad Rizwan have no reserve price and can be chosen at any stage of the process.

Neither Steve Smith or Mitchell Starc, both of whom had joined Welsh Fire for the 2020 edition, have entered themselves.

With Australia, Bangladesh, New Zealand and South Africa currently inactive during the middle of the English summer when the inaugural edition of The Hundred - postponed from last summer due to Covid-19 - players from those nations may become the most sought-after.

Daniel Bell-Drummond is among the stand-out domestic players without a reserve price

West Indies and Pakistan are due to face-off in three Tests and a trio of T20s in July and August, meaning the window for their places could be reduced.

Just three of the 254 domestic players available - there are just 28 places to fill - have a reserve price. They are former England quick Tim Bresnan, Essex's Ryan ten Doeschate (both £48,000) and Richard Levi (£32,000) at Northamptonshire.

Among the players without a fixed price is Leicestershire's Colin Ackermann, last season's leading T20 last run-scorer Daniel Bell-Drummond, top wicket-taker Jake Ball as well as Ravi Bopara, Ben Foakes, Harry Gurney and Olly Stone.

Having been unable to hold on to much of last year's squad during the retention window, Manchester Originals will be the busiest side during the draft with 10 berths including all three overseas slots.

Welsh Fire have seven gaps (two overseas) and Northern Superchargers have five but have no space for foreign stars.

Oval Invincibles have four slots which includes the final overseas spot. Birmingham Phoenix need three more players, while London Spirit, Southern Brave and Trent Rockets have just two players left to pick.
