It was an eventful day on the second day of the eCricket Matches brought to you by SportsAdda. After the first day filled with highlight plays, let’s take a look at the latest virtual cricket scores and how it differed from the first day.

KINGSPIN (NZ) v REAPERSSLAM (PAK)

In the first match of the day, Kingspin’s New Zealand managed to defeat Reapersslam’s Pakistan by seven wickets. It was another stellar performance from Kingspin who managed to come up with a victory in the first day against Maverick. Compared to the spectacular batting performance in the first day, Kingspin managed to use bowling as his main weapon in the matchup.

Most people expected NZ to run away with the victory but it was an admirable performance from PAK who kept the game close for a long period of time. In the end, NZ managed to pull away from their opponents to come out victorious.

RAGEHAV (AFG) v WHITESHADOW (SL)

Ragehav’s AFG won the toss and elected to be the first to bat. It was evident that AFG’s batting in the early part of the match was a sign of things to come because they were not doing well in that department. On the other side, Whiteshadow’s SL had a great performance, particularly in the bowler department.

One of the biggest talking points in this game is AFG’s abysmal run count, only managing 24 runs in the entire game. This is one of the main reasons why SL ran away with the victory with a 10-wicket lead at the end of the game. SL’s performance is commendable because their bowling was magnificent from the start of the game.

KINGSPIN (IND) v MAVERICK (SA)

Kingspin once again managed to show his dominance over Maverick. Kingspin’s IND managed to beat SA by seven wickets which was a similar result to the previous day’s result when Kingspin defeated Maverick’s AFG by six wickets.

This was an easy win for IND mainly because of the bowling. Virat Kohli and Rajesh Pant were the two best performers in the team. These two players were the main reason behind IND’s win which was an amazing sight to see. It looks like this is the trend of the game day because the two matches before this were also mainly decided by the bowlers.

WHITESHADOW (BAN) v LAUGHINGBUDDHA (WI)

LaughingBuddha managed to continue his momentum from the first day, beating WhiteShadow’s BAN by nine wickets. This was one of the most thrilling series in the tourney so far but in the end, WI managed to break away from BAN.

This did not follow the trend of the day seen in the previous games. Most of day two’s games were decided on bowling but this game the batting was the focal point. Shy Hope was the best performing player in the game managing to hit for 21 runs which was the top score across both teams.

MAVERICK (AUS) v REAPERSSLAM (ENG)

In the last match of the day, Reapersslam’s ENG defeated Maverick’s AUS by seven wickets. This was a redemption of sorts for Reapersslam because he was blown out by Maverick on the first day by 24 runs.

This was a thrilling end to the second day because the finish was close. ENG had control of the match in the early parts of the match but AUS fought hard. It was in the latter part of the match when AUS gambled on a play which was unsuccessful.

That was all for the long but exciting second day of eCricket Matches 2020. The stage is set for a heart-racing third day that will start with a series between LaughingBuddha’s BAN against Ragehav’s PAK.
