Ferdie Boer made 205 for Boland against Free State
A visually impaired cricketer from South Africa has scored a T20 double hundred.
Ferdie Boer crashed 205 for Boland in a match against Free State at the Blind Cricket South Africa national tournament in Pretoria earlier this week, the first known instance of the milestone being broken in the country.
Boer compiled his runs from just 78 deliveries, clubbing 39 fours and four sixes, as Boland racked up a massive total of 319 for one.
Free State could only reply with 155 for six to lose by 164 runs.

Boer is the first South African to hit the landmark
"When I woke up in the morning there was some things in my mind about my gameplay, so I just played my natural game and got the double century," he said, reflecting on his achievement.
"I was relaxed and took all the balls to the boundary.
"I want to thank (family and friends) for the support."
Boland were eventually beaten in the competition's final by Gauteng, with Boer only able to contribute 12 before being run out.
