Australia wicketkeeper Alyssa Healy, India protege Jemimah Rodrigues and Chloe Tryon of South Africa have been confirmed as the Yorkshire Diamonds' three overseas players for the final season of the Kia Super League.

Healy, wife of Australia seamer Mitchell Starc, is expected to play against England during the multi-format Ashes series in July.

Rodrigues, 18, is regarded as one of the rising stars of Indian cricket and has already made 35 outings for her country at one-day and T20 level.

Twenty-five-year-old Tryon meanwhile has represented South Africa in all three formats, making 92 outings in all.

Elsewhere, England's Katie George and Linsey Smith have also arrived while Katherin Brunt and Lauren Windfield have been retained.

England World Cup winner Danielle Hazel will coach the side after the departure of Paul Grayson, who has become the batting coach of the men's team.

The Diamonds finished fifth in the Super League last season, picking up just three wins in all, and with fresh resources Hazel is demanding an improvement.

"Over the last few years, Yorkshire, a massive county, have probably underperformed in the Super League," she said.

“We’ve now got a chance to put it right in the final year of the competition as it is now.

"Hopefully some good signings and good performances can achieve that.

"I believe it’s a good squad and one of the strongest I’ve seen at the Diamonds. We’re pretty happy with it."
