The Lord's Taverners Christmas Lunch is always a date to keep in your diary and this year will be no different.

Football legend Harry Redknapp and comedian Nish Kumar are the special guests at what will be an afternoon full of sport, comedy and fundraising for the charity.

It will also be a chance to celebrate what has been a huge year for cricket with England's incredible World Cup win and a thrilling Ashes series.

Relive the best moments through the eyes of one of Britain's top sporting coaches as well as one of this country's most entertaining comedians.

Having managed at the very top level for nearly 20 years, there are few better placed than Redknapp to analyse England's recent appointment of Chris Silverwood to the top job, as he knows exactly what it takes to be a succesful sports coach.

With a beer reception and a three course lunch, this is the perfect occasion to entertain clients, friends and family.

Super1s is not all about cricket, and youngsters can participate in a whole range of activities

The Taverners provide opportunities for young people living in the UK in poverty or with a disability the chance to engage with sport in their local communities.

One such opportunity is Super1s which enables disabled young people to play cricket, receive coaching and to realise their potential, both on and off the pitch.

Events such as the Christmas Lunch support and fund these programmes.
