St Lucia Zouks have signed South African batsman Colin Ingram for the remainder of the Caribbean Premier League.

The left-hander has previously played in the competition for Trinbago Knight Riders, joining on a similar short-term deal during the 2018 tournament.

He will replace Sri Lanka’s Thisara Perera, with the big-hitting allrounder being recalled by his national side for a training camp.

Ingram, who captained Glamorgan during this year’s T20 Blast, has previously played T20 cricket in the Big Bash and the Indian Premier League.

He has made four centuries in T20 cricket, alongside 38 fifties and more than 6,000 runs.

The Zouks have struggled in the early stages of the tournament, winning just one of their four opening games.
