Buttler and Stokes have been rested while Roy will return home after the final ODI to be present at the birth of his first child...
England have announced their 14-man squad to face the West Indies in their upcoming three-match T20I series.
The big news is that Jos Buttler, Ben Stokes and Jason Roy have all been left out of the squad, while Middlesex's Dawid Malan and Kent's Sam Billings have both returned for the first time since England's tour of Australia and New Zealand in 2018.
Buttler and Stokes will both be rested having featured in both the three-match Test series and the five-game ODI series.
Surrey's Jason Roy has been given leave to return to the UK to be present for the birth of his first child after England's final ODI on March 2.

Roy played a key role in England's win in the opening ODI of the series, scoring a rapid 123 as England recorded their highest ever run chase in one-day cricket.
Billings consistently appears in T20 leagues across the globe, but his record for England has been modest so far. He has scored one sole half-century in 16 innings and averages just 13.06.
