Sharjah Warriors' disastrous start to the inaugural International League T20 continued with a heavy six-wicket defeat to MI Emirates in Sharjah.
Tom Kohlier-Cadmore (55) produced a bright innings but a middle-overs squeeze led by Dwayne Bravo, who took 3 for 25, made all the difference.
Warriors eventually nudged their way to 146 for 7 thanks to a late salvo from Paul Walter, who struck 28 not out from 18 balls.
Imran Tahir, 43, was a thorn in the hosts' side with nine dots and two wickets in his four-over allocation which went for just 17 runs.

MI looked comfortable in the chase and though they lost Will Smeed (29) in the fifth over their pursuit of victory was undeterred.
Muhammad Waseem added 40 before Nicolas Pooran and Kieron Pollard made short work of the chase.
The West Indian pair put on 38 in less than four overs, a partnership which included a four and a quartet of sixes them to take MI to the brink of victory.
Pollard (19) was bowled by Junaid Siddique but Pooran levelled the scores in style with a maximum over mid-wicket before a wide from Walter secured victory.
