The six categories are as follows:
Toyota Good For Cricket Award: An award for lifetime contribution in the grassroots game or considerable one-off contributions to their grassroots cricket community - and is open to anyone.
Toyota Club Hero Award: Every cricket club has its own hero: men, women and children without whom the operation simply could not function. This is your chance to get the recognition they deserve.
Toyota Media Hero Award: An award designed to showcase the very best of cricket in the world of old and new media.
Toyota Community Hero Award: An award designed to highlight the work of individuals, groups, programmes and organisations to extend cricket's reach in the community.
Toyota Young Hero Award: An award for exceptional contributions to cricket among the under-18 community.
