Other standout names in the draft include allrounder Grace Scrivens, who captained England to the final of the 2023 Under-19s Women's T20 World Cup, Sri Lanka skipper Chamari Athapaththu, West Indies international Deandra Dottin, and Australia's Amanda-Jade Wellington, the competition's leading wicket-taker in 2022. The latter trio are all available for £30,000.

In total, 127 overseas players and 122 domestic players have entered the Women's Hundred draft, which will take place at The Shard on Wednesday, March 20.

Player retentions were confirmed on February 29, leaving 43 places up for grabs in the draft.

Following the draft, each of the eight teams will have 13 players, with a further two wildcard picks selected at a later date.

Trent Rockets and Birmingham Phoenix will be the busiest teams at the draft, with seven and six spots to fill, respectively. The other teams have five vacancies apiece. Every team except Welsh Fire has a spot to fill in the £50,000 bracket while Birmingham Phoenix, Manchester Originals, and Trent Rockets also have space for a £40,000 player.

Athapaththu, who is yet to make her debut in The Hundred, said: "I am really excited about being in The Hundred Draft. There are so many good players in this competition and I would really love to be a part of it

"It has looked very fun over the last three years, with big crowds at big stadiums, and it would be very exciting to play in The Hundred this season."
