MEN'S T20 BLAST ROUNDUP: Back as captain for a competition the Red Rose claimed in 2015, Keaton Jennings hammered 66 to secure a first victory of the season after seven rounds of the Championship without a win
Old Trafford: Lancashire 176-8, Worcestershire 169-7 - Lancashire won by seven runs
Steven Croft got cricket's equivalent of the new manager bounce in his first game as Lancashire's interim head coach as the Lightning beat Worcestershire Rapids by seven runs in their T20 Blast opener at Emirates Old Trafford.
Red Rose legend Croft, a Blast-winning captain in 2015, was elevated from his position on the coaching staff when Dale Benkenstein left the club on Wednesday following a winless first seven Championship matches.
