Captain Lauren Winfield-Hill is one of three England internationals in the 2021 Diamonds squad, alongside Nat Sciver and Katherine Brunt.

A 2017 Cricket World Cup winner, she has made more than 80 international appearances in all-formats, scoring over 1,500 runs.

Yorkshire born and bred, Winfield-Hill made her debut for the county in 2007 and represented Yorkshire Diamonds in the Kia Super League (28 appearances, 627 runs).

She became captain of the newly-formed Northern Diamonds in 2020.

She has also represented multiple franchises in the Big Bash and was chosen to captain Northern Superchargers in The Hundred in 2021.
