Where is the match being played?

Every game in the 2021 Caribbean Premier League is being held at Warner Park on St Kitts, in an effort to minimise the Covid-19 risk to the tournament.

Who’s got the form?

St Lucia Kings had a brutal start to their CPL campaign, finding themselves on the receiving end of Andre Russell's 14-ball 50. Jamaica Tallawahs posted 255 for 5 from their 20 overs - the second highest score in CPL history - before bowling the Kings out for 135 in 17.3 overs.

Trinbago Knight Riders also suffered a defeat in their season opener, losing by nine runs against Guyana Amazon Warriors. However, they bounced back against Barbados Royals, bowling their opponents out for 122 before chasing down their target in 16.5 overs to seal a six-wicket win.

Last season, Trinbago Knight Riders defeated the Kings on three occasions. In the group stages, they completed a six-wicket DLS win and a 23-run win before sealing their fourth CPL title with an eight-wicket win in the final.

Who to watch?

Tim David is the man of the moment in white-ball cricket. The 25-year-old enjoyed a prolific English summer for Surrey, scoring 45 runs in two T20 appearances and 340 List A runs, before joining Southern Brave at the back end of The Hundred. In the final against Birmingham Phoenix, David scored 15 runs off just 6 balls and completed the crucial runout of Liam Livingstone to help his side lift the trophy. And the Singapore international made a strong start to the 2021 CPL, scoring 56 runs off 28 balls (8 fours, 3 sixes) against Jamaica Tallawahs.

Also keep an eye on Wahab Riaz. The Pakistan international, ranked 51st in the T20 Player Index, recorded the fourth-most expensive three-over figures in history against the Tallawahs, finishing with 0 for 61 and conceding 32 runs off his final over. If selected, the 36-year-old speedster will be keen to come back with a bang.

For Trinbago Knight Riders, Kieron Pollard has the potential to do a Russell-esque demolition job on St Lucia's bowlers. The 34-year-old scored 58 runs off 30 balls, including three fours and six sixes, against Barbados and has a career strike rate of 152.89 from 552 T20 matches.

Sri Lankan allrounder Isuru Udana has been his side's standout bowler, picking up six wickets in two matches, while mystery spinner Sunil Narine is always entertaining.
