The 29-year-old will be available for the entirety of the T20 competition, which he helped the Hawks win in 2022
Australian wicketkeeper Ben McDermott is returning to Hampshire for a third successive season.
The 29-year-old, who has earned 30 caps for Australia, will be available for the entirety of the T20 Blast.
He joins compatriot Michael Neser (first eight matches) and Afghanistan bowler Naveen-ul-Haq (from July 6) in Hampshire's overseas contingent for the T20 competition.
McDermott has made 32 appearances for Hampshire in the Blast, scoring 901 runs, including nine half-centuries, with a strike rate above 145.

In 2022, he contributed 494 runs – second only to James Vince among his teammates – as Hampshire won their third T20 title, including a rapid half-century (62 off 36) at the top of the order as they beat Lancashire by one run in the final.
"I've absolutely loved my time as a Hawk so far, so it was an easy decision for me to come back for this year's Blast," he said.
"We have a really exciting squad and I'm confident about our change of having another successful season and hopefully bringing more silverware back to Utilita Bowl."
Giles White, Hampshire's director of cricket, added: "We are delighted that Ben is returning for the Vitality Blast. He's become an extremely valuable and popular member of the squad.
"A great team man and explosive with the bat; he's an integral part of our T20 plans."
