COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP DIVISION TWO ROUNDUP: Kent captain Daniel Bell-Drummond scored his first century in over a year as Middlesex fought back against Middlesex while Ollie Price and Miles Hammond kept Gloucestershire in the game at Old Trafford
Cardiff (day two of four): Glamorgan 431, Derbyshire 215-7 - Derbyshire trail by 216 runs with three wickets remaining
Andy Gorvin announced his return in style as Glamorgan pressed for a Derbyshire follow-on at Sophia Gardens.
The Glamorgan seamer, who was dropped after taking a four-wicket haul in the opening match of the season, took 4 for 49 after scoring 39 during an 86-run partnership with Timm van der Gugten (62) for the eighth wicket in the hosts' innings after resuming from day one to reach 431.
Wickets were shared for Derbyshire as the visitors bowled over 330 overs and showed periods of resistance in their own innings in between clusters of wickets.
Martin Andersson and Brooke Guest combined for 76 before Alex Thomson, together with an unable-to-run Luis Reece, finished the day with momentum for a 53-run partnership to reduce the deficit to 216.

Emirates Old Trafford (day two of four): Lancashire 450, Gloucestershire 184-2 - Gloucestershire trail by 266 runs with eight wickets remaining
Ollie Price and Miles Hammond both made fifties as Gloucestershire produced a determined response to Lancashire's first-innings 450 on the second day of the County Championship match at Emirates Old Trafford.
Replying to the home side's formidable total, in which Marcus Harris made 167 and Ajeet Singh Dale took 3 for 67, the visitors were 184 for 2 at the close with Price on 54 not out and Hammond unbeaten on 57. The pair have so far put on an unbroken 110 for Gloucestershire's third wicket.
Two days are left in this evenly poised match, but barring collapses, it is difficult to see either side being bowled out twice on an easy-paced wicket after three sessions on Saturday in which 94 overs were bowled, 292 runs were scored, and only seven wickets fell.

He shared a second-wicket stand of 109 with England's Zak Crawley, who was dropped at second slip off Dane Paterson on three and recovered to score 68, his third half-century of the season.
Middlesex failed to gather any batting bonus points earlier in the day, with Ryan Higgins top-scoring on 54 as they lost their last six wickets for 61 and were bowled out for 238.
