Lahore Qalandars take on Peshawar Zalmi in the next match of PSL8.
The match is scheduled to start at 7pm local time (2pm GMT) on Sunday, February 26.
The Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore will play host to this fixture.
Lahore Qalandars have started to showcase their quality after a convincing victory over Quetta Gladiators by 63 runs in their previous game. Peshawar Zalmi, however, lost their last match against Islamabad United.
Lahore have played three games with two wins and a defeat. They are currently third on the points table, while Peshawar Zalmi has played four with two wins and two losses.
Babar Azam and Mohammad Haris have performed well for Zalmi in the batting department so far. However, their bowling has been struggling. Qalandars, on the other hand, has been solid in both batting and bowling, with Fakhar Zaman, Mirza Baig, and Shai Hope chipped in with a couple of good knocks, while Shaheen Shah Afridi has led the bowling line-up with five wickets in three games.
The match between Qalandars and Zalmi is going to be an interesting one. The third-highest run-scorer of the season, Babar Azam, has been holding the batting lineup together while others try to take more risks. How they fare against Qalandars' star-studded attack will be fascinating.
Qalandars have one of the most formidable bowling lineups in the competition, with skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf, David Wiese, and spin wizard Rashid Khan.

The home team Lahore are coming off a convincing victory in the previous game, and hence they most probably will remain unchanged, while Peshawar Zalmi, who is coming off a defeat, will have thinking to do. But since there is no quality option on the bench as Shakib and Mujeeb are no longer available, they might want to continue with the current XI.

Lahore Qalandars are favourites to win and are available at 13/20, while Peshawar Zalmi has the odds of 13/10.
