England international allrounder Willey has been picked up by Multan Sultans in the diamond category, while West Indies batsman Hetmyer was selected by Quetta Gladiators as a partial replacement for Jason Roy
David Willey and Shimron Hetmyer were among the high-profile signings as the Pakistan Super League franchises completed their squads on Saturday.
The six teams took part in a virtual supplementary draft to fill their rosters and replace players who will either be partially or wholly unavailable for the tournament.

Will Smeed, the Somerset batsman who impressed for Birmingham Phoenix in The Hundred last year, will join Quetta to deputise for James Vince, who like Roy is to be involved in the five-match T20 trip to Barbados, which overlaps with the start of the PSL.
Karachi Kings replaced Pakistan Under 19 captain Qasim Akram, who is on national duty at the ICC Men's Under 19 Cricket World Cup, with left-arm spinner Mohammad Taha Khan.
Australian Ben Dunk will return to Lahore Qalandars to fill in for Phil Salt, while the England keeper-batsman is in the Caribbean, while Yorkshire allrounder Jordan Thompson will follow his spell in the Big Bash with Hobart Hurricanes with a stint in the PSL after being picked up by Karachi Kings.
The Pakistan Super League season is scheduled to start on January 27, with matches set to take place in Lahore and Karachi.
