Once the election dates are confirmed, which is likely to be in the first week of March, the BCCI can make any appropriate changes to the already announced schedule and release the rest of the fixtures.
IPL 2019 FIXTURES
The first two weeks will see 17 matches played across eight venues, with all eight teams playing at least four matches, while Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore playing five matches.
All the teams will play a minimum of two home and two away matches during the opening two weeks, with Delhi playing three home games and RCB playing three away.
The opening fixture of the tournament will see defending champions Chennai Super Kings host the RCB on Sunday, March 23.
