Pakistan have named a 16-strong squad for the white-ball series, with the side once again led by Babar Azam. Shan Masood will serve as vice-captain.
After a lean run of Test form saw him benched for the red-ball leg of New Zealand's visit, Mohammad Rizwan should be reinstated to his usual position behind the stumps. Rizwan has scored 1,065 runs, including two centuries and six half-centuries, in 49 ODIs.
Uncapped trio Tayyab Tahir, Kamran Ghulam, and Usama Mir have also been included in the squad while Haris Sohail and Fakhar Zaman have earned recalls.
Haris Rauf, who missed the Test series with a quad injury, is available for selection but Shadab Khan (finger) and Shaheen Shah Afridi remain on the sidelines.
For New Zealand, Kane Williamson will step back into a leadership role for the ODI series. The batter stepped down as Test skipper in December 2022, with Tim Southee named as his replacement.
Ish Sodhi and Henry Nicholls are the notable returnees while allrounder Henry Shipley has received his maiden call-up.
Blair Tickner was named as a late replacement for Adam Milne. The fast bowler has been struggling with a tight hamstring and has only bowled eight overs for Wellington in the Super Smash. Matt Henry has also been ruled out of the series with an abdominal strain.
Pakistan: Babar Azam (c), Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf, Haris Sohail, Imam-ul-Haq, Kamran Ghulam, Mohammad Hasnain, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Rizwan (wk), Mohammad Wasim, Naseem Shah, Salman Agha, Shahnawaz Dahani, Shan Masood, Tayyab Tahir, Usama Mir

Both teams have almost identical records in the Super League, winning 12 matches from a possible 18. New Zealand, however, sit 10 points above Pakistan in the table due to two of their matches ending in no result.
Pakistan are currently on an eight-match winning streak in the format, with victories over Australia, West Indies and the Netherlands over the past 12 months. On home soil, they have won 119 ODIs from a possible 190, including 11 from 14 since international cricket returned to the country in 2015, while in Karachi, they have won 22 ODIs from 41.
New Zealand, by contrast, have won just three ODIs in their past nine attempts (four defeats, two no result) while their record in Pakistan reads four wins in 22 matches (one of which came against the UAE). Their most recent victory came in Karachi in December 1996, but it should be noted that they haven't played an ODI in the country since 2003.
Pakistan have a narrow lead in the head-to-head, winning 55 matches compared to New Zealand's 48.
Viewers in the UK can catch all of the action on Sky Sports, with coverage available on both Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Cricket.
In New Zealand, all three matches are available via Sky Sport NZ.
In Pakistan, PTV Sports will provide full coverage of the series.
