Harry Tector joins Barbados Royals as a partial replacement for Mujeeb Ur Rahman

Barbados Royals have signed Harry Tector as a partial replacement for Mujeeb Ur Rahman ahead of the 2022 CPL.

The Ireland international has scored 1,259 runs and taken 12 wickets in 69 career appearances in T20 cricket.

Thirty-seven of those appearances have come on the international stage, yielding 673 runs at a strike rate of 131.18 and an average of 24.92.

The 22-year-old is yet to make an appearance in franchise cricket having previously spent his career playing for Northern Knights and Leinster Lightning on Ireland's domestic circuit.

Tector has also been selected to represent Barbados Royals in The 6ixty, a new T10 tournament organised by Cricket West Indies. It is scheduled to run from August 24-28 in St Kitts & Nevis.
