The Indigenous-themed match between the Adelaide Strikers and Perth Scorchers on Saturday is to feature a specially-designed ball which incorporates Indigenous Australia art.

Arrente are the First Nations People of Alice Springs, which was set to host the match originally before it was moved due to the outfield at Traegar Park being deemed unfit.
It features artwork by Indigenous artists Fiona Clark, which was also part of the Aboriginal XI kits during their UK tour in 2018.
Strikers batsman Alex Carey will also be using the bat of Aboriginal XI captain Dan Christian, which has the art of Indigenous artists Emma MacNeil on it.

Christian said: "Despite the game being moved from Alice Springs, I was thrilled that Alex Carey was genuinely excited to use my bat in Adelaide to help support the cause in this themed match.
"This support means a lot to the Indigenous community and it’s vital in promoting the sport as inclusive and welcoming."
