The Vitality T20 Women's County Cup is the women's 20-over knockout competition, involving all 37 first-class and national counties, that is set to place in May 2025. Professional, tier-one counties will enter the tournament in the third round. Three teams were awarded byes in round one.

The champions will win the first piece of silverware of the English domestic summer, with Finals Day on May 26.
