Edgbaston: Warwickshire 336, Somerset 302 - Warwickshire won by 34 runs

Charis Pavely's second century in four days powered Warwickshire Women to a comfortable 34-run One Day Cup win over Somerset at Edgbaston.

Pavely's dazzling 127 (103 balls) lifted her side from a moderate 113 for five to a meaty 336 all out after a spectacular eighth-wicket partnership of 93 in 63 balls with Alexa Stonehouse (58 not out, 35). Chloe Skelton took 4 for 65 and Olivia Barnes 3 for 47 in a Somerset attack guilty of letting their opponents off the hook.

While Pavely's unbeaten 128 against Blaze at Trent Bridge last Wednesday came in a losing cause, this time Warwickshire closed out a win as Somerset replied with 302.

Niamh Holland made 65 (66), but with captain Sophie Luff unable to bat due to a concussion injury sustained in the field, no one delivered the major individual contribution required. Pavely continued her productive day with 2 for 40 to leave the visitors nursing back-to-back defeats after their bright start to the season.

Kate Cross finished with 3 for 31 (George Franks/Lancashire Cricket)

Old Trafford: Hampshire 153, Lancashire 157-4 - Lancashire won by six wickets

A good all-round performance with bat and ball saw Lancashire win their second game and inflict a first defeat of the season on Hampshire in the One Day Cup by six wickets with 16.3 overs to spare at Old Trafford.

Kate Cross took 3 for 31 to lead a dominant bowling performance as Hampshire were bowled out for 153 in 42.1 overs, with Amanda-Jade Wellington, batting at number eight, top-scoring with 32.

An opening partnership of 93 between Eve Jones (47) and Emma Lamb broke the back of the Lancashire run chase, and despite two wickets in eight balls by Wellington, Lamb and Maddie Penna (36 not out), steered their side to the verge of victory, Lamb out for 56 just before Penna settled matters with a six.

Headingley: Essex 270-8, Yorkshire 258 - Essex won by 13 runs

Half-centuries from Lauren Winfield-Hill and Sterre Kalis were not enough for Yorkshire as Essex won a nailbiter in Leeds by just 13 runs.

Cordelia Griffith (69) had helped the visitors post a competitive 270 for 8, while Ariana Dowse made a valuable 43, in an innings containing three run outs.

In response, Yorkshire, who won the toss and elected to bowl, fell short of the target. There were three wickets for Eva Gray as Essex bowled the hosts out in the 47th over.

Chester-le-Street: Durham 148, The Blaze 240-8 - The Blaze won by 92 runs

A maiden List A five-wicket haul from Charley Phillips led The Blaze to their fourth win in the One Day Cup as they beat Durham by 92 runs at the Banks Homes Riverside.

Durham had restricted The Blaze to 135 for 7, thanks partly to Katie Levick, who took three wickets, but a lower-order partnership worth 83 between half-centurion Kirstie Gordon and Lucy Higham led them to a competitive total of 240 for 8.

Durham never got going in their pursuit of 241 as The Blaze got off to a great start with the ball, with Phillips blowing away Durham's top order. The hosts failed to recover as they were bowled out for 148, with Grace Thompson falling one short of a maiden List A fifty.
