The Cricketer assesses the individual performances of the players as Australia won the Women's Ashes in the second ODI at Melbourne's Junction Oval
Alyssa Healy (22): Terrific catch to see off Beaumont; unusually restrained with the bat 5
Rachael Haynes (10): Excellent at backward point; nicked off to Shrubsole outswinger she need not have played at 3
Meg Lanning (0): Fantastic slip catch to get rid of Wyatt, but a rare duck for the Australia captain, who seems to be stuck in Cross' pocket 3
Ellyse Perry (40; 3-12): The star allrounder's first match-defining contribution of the series; produced a beauty to dismiss Beaumont and trapped Dunkley on the crease before she could get going; looked excellent with the bat, punching her first ball through cover off the back foot 7
Tahlia McGrath (19; 3-4): Helped to steady the ship with the bat, and ran through England's tail with the ball in double-quick time 7
Ashleigh Gardner (31*): Not required with the ball but ended any English hopes with the bat with a proactive counterattack 6

Annabel Sutherland (2*; 1-44): Not as economical as her teammates, stepping in to replace Darcie Brown; claimed the wicket of Wyatt 5
Nicola Carey (DNB): Replaced Beth Mooney but had little to do; didn't bat and didn't bowl 5
Jess Jonassen (2-25): Key scalps of Sciver and Knight – one beaten in the flight, the other off the pitch 7
Alana King (1-23): Took the wicket of Winfield-Hill, which precipitated the collapse that followed; England could have been more positive against her 6
Megan Schutt (0-20): Wicketless but gave nothing away with the new ball 6
Lauren Winfield-Hill (24): As so often, looked in control but failed to take advantage; 47 innings without an international half century 4
Tammy Beaumont (6): Fell cheaply for the second ODI in a row, edging a good delivery from Perry behind 2
Heather Knight (18): Bogged down by the early wickets, never able to get going and eventually given out on review after missing one from Jonassen 3
Nat Sciver (8; 1-25): Became a sitting duck at the crease in a cautious rebuild before miscuing to mid-off; picked up Healy with the ball 4
Amy Jones (28): Found herself batting with the tail and reached her highest score against Australia but went back to a full ball from McGrath and perished 4
Sophia Dunkley (2): Continues to be susceptible to the straight ball at the start of her innings 2

Danni Wyatt (0): Brilliantly caught by Lanning; hardly the situation in which England want their T20 opener coming to the crease 2
Charlie Dean (0; 0-6): Ended up in an almighty tangle for her dismissal as she attempted to pull against Perry; hardly an opportunity to bowl 3
Sophie Ecclestone (32*; 0-20): The second time in this series that Ecclestone's batting has stood out; top-scored and was solid in defence, before rolling through 10 overs at barely any cost 7
Kate Cross (0; 2-46): Unlucky to be given out lbw after a promotion from No.11 to No.10; cleaned up Lanning yet again, bowled McGrath and executed an excellent runout of Perry 6
Anya Shrubsole (7; 1-28): Bowled nicely with the new ball, leading the attack in Katherine Brunt's absence 5
