England lost the Test match element of the multi-format series by 89 runs to slip 4-0 behind on points.
That means the hosts will need to win five of the six white-ball matches - there are three ODIs in addition to the T20s - if they are to regain the Ashes.
"We're really looking forward to our IT20s in the next part of our Ashes series," head coach Jon Lewis said.
"A number of those selected have performed exceptionally well for England A in their short format fixtures and it's great to have them back with us."
The first T20 is scheduled to take place at Edgbaston on Saturday (July 1). It is followed by games at The Oval (July 5) and Lord's (July 8).
