The fast-bowlers had been due to represent Hobart Hurricanes but will miss the entire competition. New Zealand seamer Hayley Jensen has been enlisted as a replacement
England's Issy Wong will miss the entire Women's Big Bash League after being ruled out with injury.
The 20-year-old was due for a second stint in the competition with Hobart Hurricanes, having previously represented Sydney Thunder.
Wong has endured a busy summer, making her international debut across all three formats and featuring in the County T20, Charlotte Edwards Cup and The Hundred.
She becomes the latest England player to withdraw from a spell with the Hurricanes after Heather Knight's hip surgery forced her out of the competition.
England will be represented by six players during the eighth edition of the WBBL. Alice Capsey and Lauren Winfield-Hill are at Melbourne Stars, Sophie Ecclestone will feature for Sydney Sixers, Tammy Beaumont is back at Sydney Thunder and Danni Wyatt has signed with Brisbane Heat.
New Zealand's Hayley Jensen has been enlisted as a replacement international player in Wong's absence.
The 29-year-old seamer previously represented Hurricanes twice during WBBL|06.

She has also featured for Renegades, Stars and Perth Scorchers.
Jensen was part of the White Ferns side that claimed bronze at the Commonwealth Games, beating England thanks to her figures of 3 for 24 (which included bowling Wong for a golden duck).
"It’s really unfortunate for Issy the way this opportunity has come about for me, but I’m definitely going to take it with both hands," she said.
"It was a really unusual situation we were all in back in 2020 when I last played in the WBBL, but I felt really welcomed by the Hurricanes team and enjoyed my time in purple.
"This will hopefully be the first domestic season in the southern hemisphere where we return to a post-Covid 'normal', so I'm looking forward to getting over to Australia, meeting up with the team and putting some good performances out there."
Hurricanes get their campaign underway against Sydney Thunder on October 14.
