Toby Roland-Jones, Michael Pepper and James Fuller have been announced as replacement players for the men’s Hundred.

Former England international seamer Roland-Jones, who is the leading wicket-taker in either division of the LV= Insurance County Championship this year with 36, comes in as a replacement for the injured Blake Cullen at London Spirit.

Elsewhere, wicketkeeper-batter Michael Pepper has been signed by Northern Superchargers. He replaces Luke Wright, with the allrounder having taken up a coaching role with New Zealand during their European tour.

With South African international Quinton de Kock unavailable for the opening game of the tournament due to his international white-ball commitments, Hampshire's James Fuller comes in as a replacement for Southern Brave.

The 32-year-old has scored 1,303 runs at a strike rate of 143.50 and taken 113 wickets in 126 T20 matches.

The 2022 Hundred competition gets underway on August 3, when Welsh Fire visit last year’s winners Southern Brave.
