Trent Rockets host Northern Superchargers in the next match of the women's Hundred 2023.
The game is due to start at 11.30am BST on Wednesday, August 9.
Trent Rockets' home ground is Trent Bridge in Nottingham.
Northern Superchargers comfortably beat Birmingham Phoenix by seven wickets with 22 balls to spare in their opener, but they suffered defeat on Sunday at the Ageas Bowl against Southern Brave.
The Superchargers struggled with the bat, posting 100 for 8. The hosts chased it down relatively easily, with 13 balls left and five wickets in hand. The issue for the Superchargers was their ability to score free-flowing runs after Marie Kelly top scored with 39, but only off 40 balls.
Even though the Superchargers endured a thumping defeat on Sunday, they've registered a victory, whereas their opposition, Trent Rockets, lost their opening game of the season against Southern Brave and then, to make matters worse saw Saturday's clash with Birmingham Phoenix called off without a ball being bowled.
Going back to their opening game of the campaign, it was very much a one-sided affair, with Southern Brave putting up 157 and the Rockets failing to chase it down. Nat Sciver-Brunt led with the bat, scoring 49 from 31 balls, while Bryony Smith took two wickets but was quite expensive.
Northern Superchargers boast plenty of talent throughout but so far in the competition the stars have yet to step up.
The top order has struggled to score runs for, but that could be interpreted as the likes of Jemimah Rodrigues and Phoebe Litchfield being due a good return.
With the ball, Alice Davidson-Richards has been pretty effective, taking three wickets in the opening game, yet the experience and quality of Kate Cross and Georgia Wareham will make any opposition wary.
As is often the case in any game she plays, how the opposition deal with Nat Sciver-Brunt, with both bat and ball, will go a long way to deciding the outcome of the fixture.
