Southern Brave host Birmingham Phoenix in the next match of the women's Hundred 2023.
The game is due to start at 3pm BST on Wednesday, August 16.
Southern Brave's home ground is the Ageas Bowl in Southampton.
Southern Brave sit second in the standings and can go to the top of the table, above Welsh Fire, with victory over Birmingham Phoenix. Brave have won four of their five matches so far, including an eight-wicket success over Fire in their most recent outing.
Phoenix are bottom, without a win, and only have points on the board courtesy of a washout.
With the bat, three of the competition's top eight runscorers (prior to the Oval Invincibles-London Spirit game on Tuesday, August 15) form the Brave top three. Smriti Mandhana (185), Maia Bouchier (176) and Danni Wyatt (126) make for an imposing prospect for Phoenix, whose most prolific batter - Tess Flintoff - has got her 89 runs at a strike rate below a run a ball.
With the ball, Georgia Adams has been the surprise attack leader, with 12 wickets and an economy of 117 runs conceded per 100 balls.
Indicating that slow bowling could go a way to deciding this game, Phoenix's spin pair of Katie Levick (seven wickets) and Hannah Baker (six) lead the way for the strugglers.
It's hard to look beyond the Southern Brave top three. If Mandhana, Wyatt and Bouchier make a fast start - either in the chase or setting a target - there is little in Birmingham's form with the bat to suggest they will be able to contain the opposition.
