What's the match?

Northern Superchargers host Welsh Fire in the men's Hundred 2023.

When is it taking place?

The game is due to start at 6.30pm BST on Tuesday, August 22.

Where is the match taking place?

Northern Superchargers' home ground is Headingley in Leeds.

Who's got the form?

Superchargers are all but out after being rolled for the second-lowest score in the history of the men's tournament. Calvin Harrison recorded sensational figures of 5 for 11 in 20 balls as Wayne Parnell's side crumbled in a heap.

They can still reach seven points but have a vastly inferior net-run-rate to the four sides directly above them, all of whom they would need to lose in order to sneak into the top three.

Fire are one of those four, and they need to win this game and do it in such a way that it steers them ahead of Trent Rockets and Southern Brave on net-run-rate. They kept their hopes alive by easing past London Spirit on Sunday.

What's the key matchup?

Harry Brook was undone by a beauty from Tom Hartley on Sunday, but Welsh Fire are more likely to attack him with their pace attack.

How Superchargers respond to their humiliation at Old Trafford in this clash back on their home patch at Headingley will be crucial to the result.

Jonny Bairstow found form for Fire on Sunday before Tom Abell saw them home; they will have Adil Rashid to contend with, after the England leggie found some of his best form over the weekend.

What's the weather forecast?

A chance of a shower in the early afternoon but otherwise a dry day in Leeds, with highs of 21 degrees Celsius.

What are the squads?

What's the team news?

Superchargers might consider tweaking their batting lineup after its collapse on Sunday. Durham's Ollie Robinson is still yet to feature so could come into the mix. Fire have replaced Shaheen Shah Afridi and Haris Rauf with  Matt Henry and Lockie Ferguson.

What are the possible starting XIs?
