Pretorius will step in for Naseem Shah at Welsh Fire, Parnell will replace Dwayne Bravo at Northern Superchargers, and Brewer will join London Spirit in place of Heather Knight
Dwaine Pretorius, Wayne Parnell and Chloe Brewer have been announced as replacement signings for The Hundred.
Pretorius, a South Africa international, will represent Welsh Fire from August 8-26 in place of Naseem Shah. The Pakistan bowler withdrew from the tournament after being selecting for Pakistan's white-ball squad.
Pretorius' final appearance is set to come against Northern Superchargers on August 26 before he heads to the Caribbean for the Caribbean Premier League.

Fellow South African Parnell is a short-term replacement for Dwayne Bravo at Northern Superchargers. Bravo will represent the Headingley-based side until August 21, when he too departs for the CPL.
Both Pretorius and Bravo are contracted to play for St Kitts & Nevis Patriots.
In the women's Hundred, London Spirit have lost Heather Knight for the duration of the tournament. The England skipper sat out the Commonwealth Games with a hip injury and is expected to be on the sidelines for several weeks.
South East Stars youngster Chloe Brewer, a batting allrounder, will step up in her place. The 20-year-old has only made two appearances this season but impressed with knocks of 49 and 61 in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy.
