CENTRAL GROUP

Gloucestershire vs Birmingham Bears

Where: Bristol County Ground

When: Tuesday, September 15

Lowdown: The last time these two teams clashed it was Gloucestershire who triumphed against the Bears after not beating them in their previous four encounters. In a rain-affected 12-over game, they bowled the Bears out for just 100 having set 157.

One to watch: Gloucestershire have been bowling exceptionally well thus far in the tournament. Ryan Higgins has led such the charge with, claiming 13 wickets in just 26 overs.

Tickets: The match will be played behind closed doors.

Weather: Sunny spells with a few clouds around make it ideal cricketing conditions.

Prediction: Gloucestershire

Lancashire storm to comfortable Rose win over Yorkshire

Northamptonshire vs Worcestershire

Where: Northants County Ground

When: Tuesday, September 15

Lowdown: Northants are sitting pretty at second in the Central Group, whilst Worcestershire are bottom having only won one game. That sole success came in a last-ball win over Somerset.

One to watch: In six games, left-arm spinner Graeme White has proved dangerous with his 10 wickets. He’ll look to stem the flow of runs against Worcestershire as he has done all season.

Tickets: The match will be played behind closed doors.

Weather: It will be hot reaching 27 degrees on Tuesday. The evening could see some cloud cover.

Prediction: Northants
