England allrounder Moeen Ali
Moeen Ali and Jamie Porter have been made available to play for their counties in the T20 Blast during the first Test against India.
The two missed out on a place in the England XI for the opening game of the series at Edgbaston and will now be released to take part in domestic competition.
Moeen, the Worcestershire offspinner, is set to feature for the Rapids against Durham Jets on Friday and away at Notts Outlaws on Saturday.
Essex seamer Porter, meanwhile, can turn out for his county against Kent Spitfires at Canterbury on Thursday, as he is due to leave the England camp at the close of the first day's play on Wednesday.
He could also play a part against Somerset on Friday before returning, like Moeen, to the England setup.
