Sri Lanka Cricket offer to host rescheduled IPL

Sri Lanka have appointed Kusal Perera as their new one-day international captain amid a major overhaul for the Bangladesh 50-over series later this month.

Former skipper Dimuth Karunaratne has been replaced and dropped from the squad that was whitewashed by West Indies in March.

Angelo Mathews and Dinesh Chandimal are also missing from the 18-strong group.

The first white-ball squad selected by the new selection panel, led by Pramodya Wickramasinghe, includes just three players aged over 30
