The third episode of season two of The Cricketer's County Conversation sees host Cameron Ponsonby and The Cricketer's Nick Friend assess the launch of Project Darwin, with the tier one and two campaigns set to begin.

Elsewhere, Oscar Ress reflects on Charlotte Edwards' final day as Hampshire head coach before taking the England job, and Melinda Farrell discusses the Australian domestic season.
