The final of England and Wales' domestic 20-overs-a-side tournament, the Vitality Blast. Four sides meet in two semi-finals before the winners of both meet in the final later on the same day.
Finals Day is due to take place on Saturday, September 21, with the first fixture scheduled to get underway at 11am.
The matches will be played at Edgbaston for the seventh straight year and 11th occasion in the competition's history. The climax to the competition will also return to the Birmingham venue in 2020.
Alex Hales has produced some of his best form in the wake of a difficult year
11am: Notts Outlaws v Worcestershire Rapids
2:30pm: Derbyshire Falcons v Essex Eagles
6:30pm: T20 Blast Final
Winners from 2017 Notts qualified second from the North Group after six wins, four defeats and four no results from their 14 games. They met Middlesex in the quarter-finals, whom they beat by 10 wickets thanks to Alex Hales' blistering 83.
Reigning champions Worcestershire arrive at Edgbaston having finished fourth in the North Group. Losing just three games to bad weather, they also progressed with six wins, suffering five losses. In the last eight, they were paired with Sussex Sharks in a repeat of last year's final where Moeen Ali's sensational 121 saw them win again, this time by eight wickets.
Only two sides reached the knock-out phase with more the seven wins registered by Derbyshire, who are gearing up for their first Finals Day appearance. Having emerged from the North Group and qualified for the quarter-finals for just the third time, they overcame Gloucestershire, an eight-wicket victory underpinned by Wayne Madsen's 47.
Essex are the only survivor from the South Group have staged a late charge to set up a quarter-final clash with Lancashire Lightning. Despite being the underdogs, they strolled to victory by six wickets. They have never previously won a Finals Day fixture.
Can Wayne Madsen lead Derbyshire to an unlikely victory?
Notts are the favourites to regain the title they won in 2017, with some bookies making them 2/1 favourites. Defending champions Worcestershire can be found at around 9/4, while Essex are 3/1. Outsiders Derbyshire, playing in their first Finals Day, are 7/2 to prevail.
Despite being cast to the fringes of the domestic calendar, Finals Day is expected to adorned by glorious sunshine throughout the day which should ensure no delays or interruptions to play.
