The India legend has returned home after being admitted last week following medical advice
Is this the start of an Indian decade of dominance?
Sachin Tendulkar has been released from hospital to continue his recovery from Covid-19.
The legendary India batsman admitted himself to a facility in Mumbai last week on medical advice having tested positive for the virus.
But Tendulkar has taken to Twitter to confirm his recovery is progressing well and he has returned home.
"I have just come home from the hospital and will remain isolated while continuing to rest and recuperate," he wrote.

"I would like to thank everyone for all the good wishes and prayers. Really appreciate it.
"I remain ever grateful to all the medical staff who took such good care of me and have been working tirelessly for over a year in such difficult circumstances.
Test cricket's all-time leading run-scorer was recently appearing at the Road Safety World Series Challenge, after which a handful of players tested positive for coronavirus.
India is currently experiencing a second wave of Covid-19 infections, with 126,315 cases and 684 deaths reported on Wednesday (April 7).
